  • Welcome to Fresh Coffee Roastery, we are your neighborhood gourmet coffee roaster located in Lawrence, KS.  We are dedicated to bring custom roasted gourmet coffee to you at a wholesale price.  Our coffee products are also available in most of local stores such as Hy-Vee Foods, Checker's Foods, and Community Mercantile.
     
  • Our very small batch and slow roasting process converts most of acids and organics inside the coffee beans into valuable flavors in your cup. In addition, we do not stock pile inventory but produce your coffee only when you place your order.  This is the only way to provide you with the freshest coffee you can ever get.  We usually deliver with 24 hours after you place an order except for weekend or holidays.  We roast our coffee using a slow roasting technology in order to bring out the best characteristics, aromas, and taste of coffee.  
  • Many of our blends have been preferred by our customers for many years.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed by our passion, science and experience for making aromatic and delicious gourmet coffee.   
  • All our coffees are custom made only when you order.  Our coffees are 100% Arabica beans grown in high elevation areas from around the world.  Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. 

  • We also feature customized flavored coffee - We make your order, INDIVIDUALLY, according to your specifications on a pound-by-pound basis.
